We have a ground floor counselling room which can accommodate

• Electric wheelchairs
• Manual wheelchairs
• Special high seating
• People needing induction loop facilities
• Dogs for the disabled/guide dogs*

Access to the building is ramped and there exists appropriate bathroom facilities. If you needs are not covered by these facilities, please contact us to make any arrangements.

*Please advise us if you are to bring a help dog so that we can allocate a counsellor who is not allergic to animals

Car Parking

It is a condition of our lease that you do not park on site unless you are registered disabled and there are marked bays to the rear of our building to accomodate you.

There is plenty of off road parking in this locality, we recommend that you leave yourself 5 or 10 minutes to park close to us, specifically you may find spaces in:

Portchester Place
Beechy Road
Ophir Road
Milton Road
Portchester Road

You may find odd parking spots on Wellington Road or in Holdenhurst Road. All are within a 2 minute walk of the office block.

Please do not park in Asda, Staples or Halfords car parks as you are liable to be clamped!
