Parenting programmes for parents referred by the Courts

Making Contact Safe, Making Contact Work is a programme designed to support parents using the court system to make arrangements for child contact. Primarily providing information on parenting following separation, how it can affect them and their children and how to change situations of disharmony for the better.

The aim of the programme is to encourage safe, beneficial contact between children and their parents, even if they are no longer together and to ensure parents put the needs of the children at the head of the decisions made about child contact.
